12 August 2020 for approximately 6 weeks

Contractors on behalf of Kings Lynn Conservancy Board will be carrying out pontoon extensions at Kings Lynn. During this time they will not be in operation for visiting craft. Re-opening is scheduled for late September.

Please be aware we have received reports of a number of trees which have fallen into the river, one of which is potentially blocking navigation especially for larger craft.

 

We are looking into these reports as soon as we can but in the meantime we would advise navigation is still possible but to proceed with extreme caution.

Please also note that Earith Sluice will also be operating minimally at times.
